Earlier (2000-2015?) models of popcorn poppers from Great Northern used brittle plastic backplates to secure screws for the door handles and hinges. The plastic was prone to cracking and breaking after a period of use. These replacement backers will probably outlast the original plastic ones (since 3D printing plastics tend to have more "give"), but if not, printing extras is quick and easy! I was able to print these as-is (using PETG), but PLA or other materials would work as well. I slightly enlarged the diameter of the circular insert to improve overall fit. The rounded edge follows the profile of the originals to facilitate cleaning of the machine.
