Great Kaukau (movie version)

This mask is based on the appearance of the great kaukau as worn by Hahli in the mask of light movie. It should fit mata and metru heads. I made two versions, one with an integrated visor and one without. I don't know how well the separate visor will work when printed, but it may require some sanding and gluing to fit. V2 is the most updated version.
