Great Dodecahedron as Ornament

This dodecahedron, when rotated, creates an optical illusion-like effect. Included is a version with a hanger for ornamental use. Constructed from 12 pentagons appearing as 36 intersecting triangles, this dodecahedron's construction method in openSCAD uses the replacement of each face of an icosahedron with 3 isosceles triangles. Printing stl files necessitates a raft and external support; using a Replicator takes approximately 3 hours for completion.
