Greaseweazle F7 Snap Fit Case
thingiverse
This is a case for the impressive Greaseweazle F7 from Keir Fraser. I'm not a fan of cases that require screws, so I designed this one to snap together easily. There are two different lids available - one solid with no openings and another with two openings that allow you to insert 1.75mm transparent filament as a light pipe, enabling you to see the LEDs even when the case is closed. You can also use this lid without the filament light pipe and simply look through the holes to see the LED. There are also two different cases called "2mm Snap Closure" and "3mm Snap Closure". The only difference between them is the thickness of the side walls and snap mechanism, with the 3mm version offering a stronger snap. I've released the STL files and Step files for you to modify as needed. I just ask that you add any modified versions as a remix here for others to use. Also, please don't sell this case for more than its production cost plus postage. It's a small item using only 20-25g of filament, depending on your slicing settings, so it's very cheap to print.
