<p>Regreasing the linear rails on my printers is a frequent task, and with the many rails that don't have working grease-holes, it's a bit awkward to get grease into the raceways without taking the cart off.</p><p>I have established a routine to press grease in from the backside through a bore in the rail. The bore-holes are 3.5mm, and I press a syringe to the hole and squeeze until the grease is visible between the balls.</p><p>This video shows the application method.
