My ingenuity kicked in as I took on a challenge to repair my aged Gre Pool pump, which measures 6.5 meters by 3.75 meters, and its worn-out impeller was crumbling apart at an alarming rate. The reseller informed me that spare parts were nowhere to be found and I would need to purchase the entire pump, providing me with the perfect opportunity to acquire a 3D printer:)\r\n\r\nI skillfully designed the new impeller in Fusion 360 and printed it using PETG material.\r\n\r\nTo achieve optimal results, supports are essential, and it's crucial to print the shaft in an upright position, ensuring that the screw thread is accurately replicated.\r\n\r\nMy mission is to assist others who may be facing similar difficulties.
