Gravity Spool Holder Lighter Weight Base Mod

<p>This gravity spool holder is great.</p><p>I was a little concerned about the amount of material for a <strong>simple base</strong>, between 90 and 84m, depending of the infill, that is a lot.</p><p>Time, 5h15 for the original, and only <strong>2h12 for the light version</strong>, there also it makes a nice difference, <strong>thanks to the 0.8mm nozzle</strong>… or over 12 hours with the proposed fine print settings and 0.4mm nozzle.</p><p>So thanks to the available Step files, it was easy to cut off the walls and reduce the bottom layer, leaving only what is necessary. More can always be done…</p><p>I printed the Base with @aprinter white PetG, 0.8mm Nozzle, at a print speed of 30mm/s, layer height 0.64mm and 245°C for the copper nozzle of the <strong>zero tool starlex all metal hot end system</strong>, to keep up the high print flow.&nbsp;</p><p>It turned out good, functional. I added after a little hole into the front to insert the filament when the other part is not necessary.</p><p>No other part than the gravity_spoolholder_base has been modified, I left them as is, also left the original base files in this model.</p><p>Hope you enjoy.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
