A simple centrifugal water filter system removes most impurities (except chemicals and bacteria) to provide clean drinking water. The design features a third bevel gear connecting the rope and vertical gear, while the innermost cylinder separates water from the rope for improved clarity. The red pipe brings in unfiltered water, while the filtered water exits through the blue pipe; sludge is periodically drained via the black pipe. Note that this is a rough concept rendering and not the final dimensions.
