Gravity Mine (Marvel)

I wanted a unique stand for my power stone orb and thought a gravity mine would be an awesome way to recreate the iconic orb heist scene from Guardians of the Galaxy. To secure the hinge, I used my wood-burner to melt/fold the excess plastic of the hinge knuckles around the pins. The hinge tolerance was tight enough that you can pose the prop in an elevated position just like in the movie. I might revisit this someday with lights in mind.
