This is an adaptable spacer specifically designed to work seamlessly with the GraviTrax system. Its height and numerous other specifications can be tailored to meet your precise requirements. The design demands some level of support, but it would likely prove more beneficial to print the part with the male connector positioned at the bottom, as depicted in the accompanying image. Rendering this design using Openscad will consume a considerable amount of time, and similarly, printing it out will also require an extended period. To avoid unnecessary delays, I recommend beginning by printing a smaller prototype, approximately 20mm in height. Following this initial print, you should inspect if the dimensions of the hexagons align with your printer's capabilities. If necessary adjustments are required, proceed to make them before moving on to the larger versions. An alternative approach is to select the test print option, which yields a 10mm spacer that can be used to verify clearances and fits of the hexagons. Once you're satisfied with these dimensions, you can then move forward with printing the bigger spacers. In my experience, this design has yielded excellent results when printed on a Creality Ender 3 using the following specifications: male_connector_width = 29.78; female_connector_width = 29.80; Infill 30%; Layer height 0.1.
