Gravitrax Compatible Height Tile (Customizable)

My Son and I adore playing with our Gravitrax sets, but we rapidly exhausted our stock of Hight-Tiles. Fortunately, numerous solutions exist on Thingiverse, though they often require multiple print steps or fail to blend seamlessly with our existing pieces. Consequently, we devised this single-step print design that necessitates no support material and is also remarkably material-efficient - probably will make the top layer thinner in v2. We enthusiastically endorse triple height, but it would be effortless to re-slice to any desired height by simply repeating the 10-20mm section as frequently as needed... enjoy! 02/22/2020: I added a parameterized OpenSCAD version, which enables you to modify the stack's height (and numerous other features) to your liking. If you dislike the tapered appearance, feel free to alter CHAMFER to zero. Implementing the top fillets proved to be a significant challenge - I wanted to see if it was feasible. The original design was created in Fusion 360; I will upload those files once they are cleaned up. 02/22/2020: I modified rotate_extrude(angle=60...) to angle=360, followed by an intersection with a triangle, to circumvent issues related to older customizer versions (like the one used by Thingiverse). PS: Additional designs are forthcoming - a large funnel and a neat motorized elevator for Gravitrax will be posted soon. Be sure to check out https://youtu.be/BKRZ39W47l8 for an exclusive preview. You might also spot our printed height tiles in this video; we utilized approximately 20 of the triple tiles featured here.
