Graveyard Lights with automatic LED Lights
thingiverse
These are some lamps used for my 3D printed graveyard decoration. The lamp comes with these parts: * Pole: A pole with screw threads is included, which should not require supports due to its hollow design, allowing a stake to be run through it for added stability. * Head: This part screws onto the pole and needs supports; I recommend printing it upside down for optimal results. * Hat: The hat snaps onto the head and can be printed upside down without requiring supports, although some printers may need them. * Glass: Six transparent glass parts are required per lamp and should be glued on; I found that printing these flat produces better light scatter than multi-material. The design also includes an optional coffin to house a circuit with JST connectors for the lights, a 3x AA battery holder, and a light sensor to automatically turn it on. The coffin consists of two parts: * Lid: This part can be printed upside down without requiring supports. * Bottom: Supports are needed for the JST connectors. A complete video recording of the circuitry is available at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N_hfNo4hdkU, and the code and parts list for the circuit can be found on GitHub at https://github.com/Jasdoge/HalloweenLamps. You may disregard the coffin if you prefer to plug the lamps into a wall adapter or connect them through resistors directly to the lamps in the coffin without using the circuitry.
