Gravestone of Theodotos, a renowned astronomer and son of Menephron. A scholar lies on a couch, intently grasping a globe with a slender stick, as the sundial in the upper left corner proudly showcases his expertise in astronomy. Personal belongings of a couple are visible on a shelf, while the stone itself, originally designed for a married pair, bears the name of the man who passed away first. This object is part of "Scan The World", a groundbreaking non-profit initiative launched by MyMiniFactory. This project aims to create a comprehensive digital archive of fully 3D printable sculptures, artworks, and landmarks from around the globe, available for free public access. Scan The World is an open-source community effort, where anyone with unique items can contribute by emailing stw@myminifactory.com to discover how they can participate.
