Guidelines for pre-sharpening and final sharpening: Implement a unique set-up for 4mm square and round bars. Accommodate a 6x6mm square nut and an M3 screw for precise fit (sorry, measurements are in metric). For the round shape, designate distinct 120° face features, 15° heel characteristics, and a specific 30° top face design. Similarly, for the square configuration, develop distinctive 45° face elements, 15° heel features, and a tailored 30° top face architecture. Initially pre-sharpen the graver guides to achieve a wider angle at the top surface, subsequently resulting in less sharpened area to tackle. When fabricating the tool, allow the graver to extend approximately 5cm from its flat side for effective handling. Personal experience shows these custom-designed tools successfully execute manual push engraving.
