Here's a revamped take on that World of Warcraft DeathKnight PVP Skin. A bespoke model with its artefact weapon is the goal. For starters, I'll get into some high-resolution FBX sculpting for you - 4k textures included! That means an Albedo layer, Ambient Occlusion layer, Emissive layer, Metallic layer, Normal map, Opacity mask, and Roughness map - the works. And when it comes to texture work, Substance Painter is my go-to. First off, let's create the DeathKnight model using Zbrush. I'll carve out that Skull with precision - the fine details will shine through once we get into the texture department. Now, for those textures... With 4k in mind, I'll make sure to craft them on Substance Painter: * Albedo: setting the main colour of the model. * Ambient Occlusion (AO): this adds a more realistic touch with the shading. * Emissive: adds a special effect where objects emit light without actually having any. * Metallic: defines how metallic and shiny your DeathKnight skin will appear in the environment.
