I made these shoes as a project while I learned grasshopper. Proceed at your own risk. They're not comfortable, and you may break your ankle in them.

The design is a TPU torture test for your printer (I used Shore 95A-ish). My unmodified MK3S did fine, not sure how yours will perform.

Expect to print them a few times and spend 6+ hours with assembly/cleanup.

Uppers: TPU:

Use Prusaslicer's paint on support to put a little support dot on each post.

You may have to turn/adjust the shoe to get it to fit in a mk3s build envelope.

I did need support for the upper surface of each foot (see pictures).

Used a soldering iron to punch in shoelaces holes as desired.

Also had to use the soldering iron to smooth out the inner surfaces to the TPU blobs wouldn't cut my foot.

Lowers (TPU):

Paint a support onto just the bottom surface so it will stick.

Sole (PLA):

Don't print it solid. I used 3 x 0.4mm perimeters with a 15% gyroid infill.

Support in the 3 areas highlighted in the images.

Tread (TPU):

Nothing fancy here, had to clean it up with a hobby knife to get some pegs to fit.

Insole: (TPU):

13 percent gyroid infill, you may have to tweak based on body weight. You want it pretty stiff.

Printed in the orientation shown (don't let the support onto the angled edges, or you'll never get it off and it won't fit in the PLA sole.

Removing this support was a bear and messed up the bottom surface, but you'll never see it.

Shoelaces: 1/8 thin waxed shoelace, I used these from Amazon. They weren't an exact color match: VSUDO Waxed Round Shoelaces, 1/8" Thick Shoe Laces for Oxford or Dress Shoes (2 Pairs-Yellow-140CM)

Mirror everything to get right/left pairs.

Sizing (appx): See the image for international sizes.

8.5 US womens

12 US mens

To assemble, glue everything in place with superglue.

Don't make anyone else wear these, and don't be surprised when they're not comfortable.

If you make a pair, please take a picture/video and post it. I'd love to see how they turned out.
