Unearthed in the historic cemetery of Kerameikos, Athens, lies a significant stele shaped like a naiskos. Beneath the pediment, the inscription on the relief shield reveals the identity of the deceased man: Aurelius Eutyches from Piraeus. The fact that he held a position of authority is clearly indicated by the olive wreath resting atop his head.
