This relic was unearthed on Salamis Island.\r\nA woman draped in a chiton and himation extends her right hand to greet a man wearing a himation, likely her spouse.\r\nThe couple is depicted engaging in conversation, as indicated by the gesture of the woman's left hand.\r\nThe name Mnesistrate, the deceased woman, is inscribed on the horizontal cornice of the pediment, positioned on the left side.
