Grave mound A3000, central cairn. Rv36
sketchfab
The large plundering pit left a substantial portion of the central cairn intact, boasting up to three layers of stones and silty sand with visible remnants of charcoal and humus. The upper section was roughly round in shape, while the lower part exhibited an oval profile. Notably, no signs of burials were discovered within the remaining cairn. Fragments of bones and pottery that were unearthed were all sourced from the soil within the plundering pit, which extended through the cairn and into the clay-rich subsoil.
