I saw the amount of components and decided to simplify by completely redesigning the bottom wheel base and elbow. Now you only need three nuts and bolts specified (vs 8). Make sure to print with 3 perimeters or more. The wheel has an insert for a rubber track if need be. you could leave it bare as well. Tolerances in place (0.3 on both sides) Assembly in words and letters cause thingiverse won't let me post pictures for some reason. collar fits around the pole of the trimmer with two nuts and bolts. Elbow slides onto collar arm and is held in place by another nut and bolt. Make sure to read below for more details on assembly. Wheel needs pin (print in horizontal orientation otherwise it will snap.)Put wheel in and slot in the Pin. Make sure to glue the pin onto the elbow chassis in the top spot otherwise the glue won't work. "May work with other trimmers with a 25 mm pole. Designed to use with this caster from home depot: Sku#: 03900349813 Props to Jim Nan: Thingiverse user: http://www.thingiverse.com/CustodialArtist/about for idea and collaboration on this project. We may collaborate on an extra shroud while edging, but we have to overcome easy on/off issue. Hex indention fits 10 mm nut/bolt. Hole designed at 11 mm, but low res print lowers tolerance. Tight fit, so nuts should need to be pressed into socket with vice or channel locks. Use waste plastic (or something) on the other side of the part so it doesn't get damaged in the squeeze." - don3sch
