Something got into my laptop fan and broke off all the blades but one, leaving cooling performance severely compromised. This solution is designed to be installed on top of a standard fan's bladeless hub, effectively providing new functional fan blades. Flip this design upside-down and print it with supports in place. Once printed, carefully remove any existing fan blades from the old unit and attach the new ones using CA ("super") glue or hot glue. (HINT: If the size proves a little too tight, applying heat to soften the plastic may help it fit snugly.)
