Graphics Card Backplate (GTX1070)

This is a custom GPU backplate for a dual-fan Gigabyte GTX 1070 card. Initially, I printed it in PLA but was concerned about the material melting all over my GPU. To mitigate this risk, I would recommend printing with ABS or annealing the PLA in an oven at 120C for an hour. Upon attempting to anneal my PLA, I experienced significant warping, which led me to opt for ABS instead. To achieve a two-tone effect on my backplate, I employed a technique where I switched filaments during the print process after the letters had started printing. Utilizing Prusa Slicers' color print feature allowed me to seamlessly blend the colors together.
