A 128x64 graphic LCD display is managed by this controller, purchased affordably at $8 from eBay. An encoder from an old mouse has been integrated for convenient single-handed operation; it securely attaches to the side of my printer. Note that this does not work with RepRapDiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller. The SD card reader is located on the RAMPS board, separate from this device. A serial cable (nine wires) was employed, retaining the connector on the opposite end for simple disconnection.
