Grand Rock Motel is a game-ready environment with high-quality PBR textures (metalness workflow) in low poly form. The package features modular motel blocks for custom sizing, plus interior and exterior props. An Unreal Engine 4 project version is now available. Large tiling materials are separate and easily changeable; props use only six materials for performance reasons. Low-poly models have LOD versions and extra UV channels for lightmapping. Collision meshes ensure optimal results. Textures are high resolution, with maps including Albedo, AO, Normal, Metallic, Gloss (stored in metallic map's alpha channel), and Height (for parallax). Unity 5's standard shader is the default configuration. Substance Painter created props' textures, while procedural tiling materials were made with Substance Designer. The .BLEND file demonstrates a demo scene, but use binary .FBX (7.4) files for actual projects. For Unity engine users, avoid letting it override smoothing; import normals from .FBX and let Unity calculate tangents only. Any questions about the motel can be directed to the creator.
