The Grand Inquisitor's lightsaber from Star Wars: Rebels season one is an epic build, featuring a swingable assembly just like in the show. Unfortunately, it doesn't have rotating blades of death. To print this iconic hilt, you'll need to prepare the following parts: 2 Emitter Shrouds, 2 Lower Emitters, 2 Middle Emitters, 2 Upper Emitters, 2 Emitter Guard A's, 2 Emitter Guard B's, 2 Outer Rotation Chambers, 2 Inner Rotation Chambers, 2 Small Red Buttons, and 2 Large Red Buttons. I printed the STLs in their original orientation, but you can experiment with different orientations for tricky parts like the Outer Ring Right and Left, Inner ring right and left, Outer Rotation Chamber, and Middle Grip. For a smoother swing, consider reinforcing the outer rings' joints with glue. This build is a lot of fun, but be prepared to tackle some challenging pieces.
