The original 3D model was developed using Sketchup 8 before being converted into other formats. Its native format is .skp, while the 3dsmax scene was created in 2016 and rendered with Vray 3.00 Gateway Plaza, known as Grand Gateway, is a massive integrated project backed by the Hong Kong-based Hang Lung Group. It sits on Huashan Road, near the intersection of Hongqiao Road, overlooking the Xujiahui subway station and offering stunning views of the Shanghai commercial hub, encompassing an enormous 400,000 square meters with a whopping investment of 5.5 billion yuan. Designed by American design firm Callison, Grand Gateway Plaza seamlessly integrates commerce, trade, and office space with residential features, showcasing modern convenience, sophisticated functionality, and beautiful appearance. Breaking it down further, the complex includes a shopping mall, Grade A office spaces in two Twin Towers, as well as top-notch apartments, dubbed the Service Apartments. Each tower is 225 meters tall, consisting of an impressive 51 floors of prime commercial real estate at Gateway Center.
