Grand Designs Bathroom Cabinet Corner Shelf

This is a corner shelf that I designed for my 2023 Grand Design 2400bh. This fits in the corner between the bathroom cabinet and the side wall. It may fit other floor plans with a similar dead space. I printed the a shelf base and a shelf for each different layer that I wanted, with the exception that the very bottom layer only needs the shelf. In my case I have 5 shelves printed and 4 bases, but that gives me 5 different layers. The holes are designed to be a tight fit with a 5/16" dowel rod, just cut them down to the length that you would like for the shelf. For my trailer I went with 8" rods for the bottom and then 6" rods for the other sections and it pretty much fully utilizes the space. I sanded all the ends smooth and then just spray painted them black. Each base layer has a small bead of hot glue on the wall side as well as the cabinet side. Then on top of the base layer there is another bead for the shelf to sit on as well as a small bead in the corners with the wall and cabinet again. The dowel rods have just a bit of hot glue on the ends to hold them in the bases as well as on top for the next layer. These have to be assembled in place inside the space in order to maximize the area. You have to put them in the area sideways and then twist them into place in the right position. It is a very tight fit and I know not all trailers are the exact same, so some sanding may be required.
