I took BredGingerman's design and simplified it to add strength. I also re-oriented the spline to match my own vehicle (2010 WK). I found the latch was actually unneeded and that even mild friction-fit would keep everything in place! This design stands in for MOPAR part 5143125AA which seems to be out of production.
