Grand Carousel - Master Hub

Now that's a Fidget Spinner - a key component in my Carousel design, which has been taking shape over time. At its core, this master hub boasts an impressive 60 moving parts working in harmony to ensure smooth spinning and stable support for the carousel frame and riders. The lower base is designed to rest on a pole, allowing the upper base to rotate freely around it. This seamless rotation is made possible by vertical rollers within the upper base and horizontal rollers on the lower base. Twelve key spoke positions are strategically positioned, with main beams inserted into each one, attaching securely to the drive ring. Twenty lower rollers and axles fit snugly into their designated openings, while eighteen smaller upper rollers sit atop preformed axles in the upper base, held firmly in place by a locking ring. The Carousel remains a work in progress, but this crucial segment of my design is complete, and I'm excited to share it with you.
