I design an innovative, passive amplifier horn that enhances your phone's speaker without consuming power. The distinctive horn profile is inspired by a classic Western Electric exponential horn, providing optimal sound amplification. This custom horn measures 7.5 inches in length, making it the perfect size to fit snugly into its base while still offering sufficient clearance for easy installation - 0.010 inches of clearance ensures a precise fit, and I added this allowance after testing, although the design seemed fine before printing; fortunately, it still fit well despite being slightly tighter than expected. I made some significant improvements on January 5, 2016: to print more efficiently without relying on supports, I modified the base by creating an extra-friendly printing area, which remains intact for better printer operation.
