Gram dishwasher button fix (OM 62-27)
thingiverse
This part is intended for drop in fix for Gram dishwasher OM 62-27. This dishwasher seems to have an issue where flexible plastic taps over the microswitches fatigue over time and then breaks off. This makes the operating buttons to bottom out and not push the microswitch anymore. My dishwasher was warrantied for this at 2½-years and now almost exactly 2-years after it broke again. This part isn't completely optimized since the dishwasher decided to break at christmas evening and I was in a hurry to fix it. In practise this means that you'll have to use a piece of tape when putting the dishwasher back together. Otherwise the piece might be difficult to hold in place when installing the panel back to place. When you get the dishwasher operating panel out (open enough philips head screws around the hatch) just take all the broken plastic pieces out and drop these parts to the holes. Then assemble everything back together in reverse order. If you took off the electrical connectors, they are keyed and can't be plugged in to wrong position. And be sure to check that the hatch latch is in correct position, if you managed to knock it into "closed" position, the dishwasher will start with the hatch open and the hatch won't seal properly. If this happens, then just flip the latch downwards to it's open position. If you want to replace all the buttons you'll need 4 of these. I only replaced the program and start/pause buttons since I never have pressed the half fill button or the timer button.
