Grado headphone joint
thingiverse
I swapped out the headband on my Grados and trashed the plastic joints on my headphones. There's no simple or affordable way to get new ones, so I took matters into my own hands. I liked how the joints functioned but felt that the height adjustment was a bit loose. Because of this, I used three rubber O-rings to tighten things up. For aesthetic purposes, I opted to screw directly into the plastic without a nut. I'm extremely pleased with how the joints perform. Materials needed: * 2x M3 hex bolts, 6mm in length * 6x O-Ring, 2.5 x 1.5 mm For reference, you can check out this product: http://www.ir-dichtungstechnik.de/shop1/product_info.php?products_id=5913
