Fits our 2018 Graco Slimfit car seat - the cup holder pieces were lost when moving. Manufacturer did not offer a replacement part. Designed in SolidWorks and printed in PLA on Prusa Classic. Parts do not snap in (probably why they were lost) I installed the new parts with clear urethane adhesive, so they don't get lost anymore.
