Hello, I'm proud to share my version of the "Graber i3 Reloaded" created by Jörg, aka Helijoy, along with custom-printed parts designed by Lars, aka Toolson. To upgrade the Frame DXF files, I decided to use MF126 bearings for the Y-belt and convert all drawings to 6.35mm plywood. Additionally, I made changes to Toolson's parts. To integrate igus rj4jp-01-08 on all axes, I reduced the diameter of the "Y-axis_igus_bearing_clamp" from 16mm to 15mm. Moreover, I modified the drawings for "X-axis Part 2 and 4" to fit the new igus bearings. As Graber smooth rods were ordered, I lengthened "X-axis Part 2" by 15mm. Finally, to make it compatible with the Graber Frame, I provided a 4mm offset to the "Y-axis_belt_tensioner". More files will be added in the future. Sincerely, Toby Updated: 12/29/2015 I added X-axis-part_2_v113-15mm for the original length of 370-380 mm Prusa i3 Hephestos X-rods similar to Toolson's design. For users with Graber i3 X-rods measuring 400 mm, I suggest using X-axis-part_2_v113+15mm. The new parts include a "Graber Y-Carriage" that was milled from 3mm Alloy. Updated: 02/21/2016 Some pictures were revised. Updated: 10/10/2018 Custom Display Wooden Parts, both in "Small" and "Full Graphics," have been added along with the complete set of Graber I3 Reloaded Wooden Parts.
