Recently a friend gave me a wooden Prusa i3 frame. So I decided to replace the original XZ carriers with custom-printed ones because I didn't like them. From a local shop, I bought two trapezoid threaded rods (8 mm) and designed both carriers for these rods. Additionally, I created 2 elements that will hold the two rods and shafts at the top of my printer. A separate component was designed to hold the end-switch for the X-axis. As for the extruder, I simply printed out a Prusa i3 Mk2 extruder and use it.
