Graber i3 filament spool for bowden
thingiverse
Thanks Almaro for sharing Sketchup files! This modified version is tailored specifically for my Graber i3 bowden printer. I've adjusted the angle downward by 5 degrees due to concerns about the forces exerted on the top frame - the filament weighs a substantial 1 kilogram, and its height needed to be reduced to accommodate the 6mm MDF graber i3 structure. To secure my extruder on the right top, I utilized the same screws from the structure in a minimalist approach. Consequently, I positioned a path holder at the bottom to guide the filament through a PTFE tube to the extruder (I'll post a photo soon). The top is hinged for easy removal of optional parts - I prefer it this way. To build this design, you'll require 22mm rollers, threaded rod, 8mm screws, and washers.
