Engineering Upgrade Kit Essentials for Graber and Prusa i3 Printer Models <<< This upgrade kit is specifically designed to enhance the mechanical integrity of the legacy components found on both the Graber i3 and Prusa i3 printer models. By implementing this upgrade, you can significantly reduce stress on the linear guide and trapezoidal spindle, thereby achieving a more balanced distribution of forces acting on these critical parts. In addition to alleviating stress, this kit also includes a design feature that secures the nut in place using four screws, while providing an optional component for the top Z-axis piece that serves as additional support for the spindle and linear guide. Sample prints were produced using the following configuration: * Infill density set at 40% for Axis Blocks printed with PLA+ * Infill density set at 40% for Top Z Piece also printed with PLA+ * Infill density increased to 50% for Pin components printed with ABS * Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm * Print speed: 50mm/s * Support material required * Build plate adhesion achieved through the use of brim on all parts * Cooling fan enabled for optimal hotend dissipation at 100%
