Model designed in structure of wood and panelling in MDF on both sides with intermediate insulator. This construction allows recessed pipes both water and electricity without any problem. I've been doing so in even large offices many years already. You can do a roof if you think necessary as well as an independent ground. If the chosen design, then I can equip with furniture designed specifically or maybe with some fellow of GrabCad furniture (this I see more interesting). The external library is rotating to take greater advantage of the quantity of books to expose. Manufacture requires a master's degree in the work of the wood, but could send perfectly detailed study of all the pieces, of course... And even could also send the placement-ready materials (I have my own carpentry workshop) or go to live anywhere and made it there myself XD XD Good luck to all and a handshake, guys.
