as I have some practical experience with fairs/exhibitions and I know that good "portable" office is what most companies need in such cases. This "portable" or mobile office have all you need for meetings, short or long. This small office can make quiet and calm oasis in hurried and crowded halls or rooms/large offices. It is equipped with air conditioner that blow fresh air from back side of seats making good atmosphere for sparking, brainstorming session. It have power for portable devices, natural and artificial lighting, big screen for presentations, can be equipped with video conference equipment, whiteboard, intercom etc. This office: - is mobile, easy to transport to Hi-Tech Fair or expo or other locations as there is no movable parts inside, so just close the door and load on transport. - can accommodate 4+ people sitting, (four 17" laptops are in model) - have one side/part of the meeting room box have integrated bookshelf - can be made with sound proof walls - with door closed this design can be made for using in concert halls. - should have natural light inside - beside huge windows on roof section, door can be partially made from semitransparent/transparent materials - have many ways for customization - white-board, presentation screen, video conference... - in box on back side can hold all tech installations + small air conditioner if office is in corner, and if in open space (like fair or expo) box can be redesigned and positioned below bookshelf or integrated in floor - have no visible wiring inside - can be made from various materials... any combination is possible walls are not part of office, they are there just to "frame the space"
