This task's short report and calculations are included as an attachment. Additionally, I have provided solidworks files in a .zip format and an .iges file. Images of FEA and a system animation are also attached. Despite my experience in machine element design, designing a seal was new to me. I conducted extensive online research and utilized my knowledge of materials mechanics to choose the correct material and determine the minimum sealing force needed. This challenge has been both enjoyable and educational for me.
