To commemorate GrabCad's 4 million members, I've designed a practical secret lock box using Pinewood. The user can create their unique lock pattern on the circular surface by designing text or a specific logo pattern (sketch and extrude). To open the lock, rotate the circles to the correct position and press the button. This model allows for easy customization of printing parameters such as logo text, minimum gap, print angle, wall thickness, and more. The parts can be printed in one file or five separate moving pieces that don't require assembly. I plan to use funds collected from this design towards my first personal 3D printer.
