GPU Mining Stand
thingiverse
25/4/21 - V2 added for improved cooling. I designed this stand for my GPUs in lieu of a proper mining rig stand. The design is inspired by other designs available on thingiverse but was redesigned from scratch to my preferences. Multiple stands can be printed and connect together at the sides. The stands include mounting screw holes for M3 screws for the GPU and 120mm fans on the front. M3 screw holes are undersized so threads will self tap. The design can be printed completely without supports face side down. I recommend orienting the print 45 degrees to the front of the print bed to avoid the corners being located over the cold spots of the print bed. My print settings in PrusaSlicer were: - 3 perimeters - 5 top and bottom layers - 7% rectilinear infill (strength is not required and this is just to ensure nice top layers) - 50% fan (not too high and not too low to prevent curling of 45 degree overhangs) - 20mm/s external perimeter print speed (for clean overhangs - use what ever speed you normally use for the rest)
