I crafted this GPS antenna mount specifically to securely attach the Adafruit Ultimate GPS V3 external antenna: https://www.adafruit.com/products/960, making it easy to connect to a non-magnetic surface like wood. I opted for M3 bolts for added stability. Since 5m of cable wasn't necessary for my project, I created an antenna cable spool holder to keep the excess cord organized and out of reach.
