GPIO Hinged Raspberry Pi 2B/3B+ & 4 with Fan and Heatsink case REMIX
thingiverse
Remixed this to fit my RPI2B and RPI4 that both have 3010 fans and heatsinks. Apply supports only for the 4 screw holes of the top case only. The hinged door and other air vents do not need any supports. The print orientation can be seen with the uploaded screenshot. If you notice that the hinged door fuses with the rest of the case on the first layer, try setting the Initial/First Layer Horizontal expansion to -0.2 or -0.5 in your slicer I cut and used a 1.75 diameter filament for the hinged mechanism. There isn't enough heat dissipation from my RPI2B to melt or warp PLA but with RPI4 reaching 40+ degrees celsius (with fan and heat sink. hotter if without), I think it would be best to at least print the bottom part with PETG or ABS. I printed the bottom parts of mine with PETG (for RPI2B) and ABS (for RPI4) and the top parts with only PLA.
