GPIO Cover (For official Pi Zero case)

thingiverse

This is a straightforward bottom GPIO cover for the official Raspberry Pi Zero enclosure. It boasts a modest brim that stops it from falling out of the Pi Zero case. This should prevent any accidental shorting if you don't need access to bottom GPIO ports. I've added an alternative version with a recess so it can be used when a GPIO header is fitted. Space was tight, so I had to use a soldering iron to melt a small lead in place. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 mm layer Infill: 15% Post-Printing Just slide the cover into the Pi Zero case from inside, then insert the Pi Zero and snap on your preferred lid. How I Created This I merely measured the slot with digital calipers.
