GPi Case Custom Shoulder Button - Paddle Style
thingiverse
This custom paddle version is part of my special button series designed specifically for the GPi case. Replacing the L and R buttons on the back with a slightly raised paddle provides more comfort for larger hands. Both the L and R models, along with the peg that gets glued into the slot of the button, are included in this design. I've created it as a direct replacement piece, making it easy to swap out the old shoulder buttons by gluing the peg into the new button's slot and popping them in once the glue is dry. If needed, I can create a video to demonstrate the installation process and share it on YouTube. As before, I'm still learning Fusion 360, but I feel like I've made some progress. This design isn't perfect, though. For reference, see the basic shoulder buttons here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3807938 If you decide to sell this design or a remix of it, please don't forget about me. I'd appreciate any credit for my work, but I won't ask for payment. Since no one has remixed this design yet, I'm the only one who's made an effort to do so. Feel free to use this design for your own projects – that's why I've shared it here. Many people have benefited from others' work in the Pi community, and I'd like to give back in any way I can.
