The Storm was a complex asset to build. A difficult challenge presented itself when working with intricate meshes. The Vortex was an innovative concept I had previously conceived, where I would first mold it, UV map it, then use the Soft Selection tool to rotate one of its ends a full 180 degrees to achieve the swirling effect. This method proved successful in softening the edges and adding texture on Substance Painter. So far, the results appear satisfactory.
