GPD Win3 Grip Handle V15
thingiverse
Designed for the GPD win 3, which has the game buttons and sticks to close to the edge of the console, making it uncomfortable to use IMHO. The main goal is to design a grip that can be used comfortably by as many people as possible, if you print it and have any comments or suggestions, please let me know! Finally printed some parts on TPU, the ones that you hold, basically the handles and feet. Weird, a bunch of videos and pages talk about "TPU settings" and "calibrating your printer" but my exact same PLA settings worked with Saintsmart TPU perfectly! A better shape for less pointy bits and better accuracy of the holes and Win3 overall shape. Added ports for the speakers so the sound bounces forward, a Hook on the back to maybe add a lanyard and keep distance from bed or table if you place it down, also a pair of optional kickstand on the bottom, so it can be propped up and look at in wonder and awe. Still no plans on supporting the Mouse mode switch or the microphone hole, but let me know if you guy find it essential and I might give it a go on a future update. The Handle feet are separate files Left and Right and can be Glued with your favorite PLA or TPU capable adhesive, I used KolaLoka (cyanoacrylate) works great with both materials. I consider this finished and might make a revision, if I think of something worth printing again. Have fun! Filament: Generic PLA and Saintsmart TPU for v15 flexible parts. Layer Height: .20mm infill: gyroid 5% Walls:3 Temps: 200 nozzle, 60 bed Speed: 50mm/s Supports: nope No bunnies were harmed during the making of this thingy.
