A handmade Voronoi-like pattern, designed for dualstrusion printing but provided as single extrusion examples, features my signature bird-pattern (hidden behind a yellow box in one picture). The main file is "gPattern.scad" with three modules: line drawing, spot drawing, and help displaying parameter names/defaults. 25mm to 125mm boxes are included in increments of 25mm, available in spots and lines versions. Compile time can be lengthy, up to 15 minutes on a 4x2-core laptop with Linux. Note the 1mm wall thickness. "Spots" versions may have dangling edge issues, while "lines" versions print without problems (except for the untested 125mm box). Purple ABS and various PLA boxes were tested, with curling, cracking, and platform adhesion issues in ABS. STLs use default settings except side length and line thickness: 2.5mm walls total and 1mm middle wall thickness. Please check instructions for detailed usage and troubleshooting information.
