GP 001- Geo Cache Container
thingiverse
My very first geo cache container - I've just crafted it from scratch! The two-part screw cap is perfectly aligned with the base to keep out the elements. It stands at roughly seventy millimeters tall and a spacious forty millimeters wide, giving me room for a host of essentials inside. I took special care in designing this sturdy design that can protect my cache's contents no matter what Mother Nature brings its way. Inside, there are three precisely crafted holes drilled into the base, carefully sized to securely hold 1/4 inch by 1-inch Rare Earth magnets of Cylinder N48 variety. That leaves plenty of room inside for some essentials such as a compact logbook, a trusty pen and a few smaller trackables. Now, here's what I'm looking forward to: putting these prints together - my first ones - are they any good at all? I should add that with my standard printing settings at 200 microns per line the outcome is really smooth.
